BREAKING: Congress BETRAYS America, RENEWS FISA Warrantless SPYING PROGRAM | Elijah Schaffer’s Top (VIDEO)

Welcome to The Gateway Pundit’s Week-in-Review, where we cover the top five stories of the week in just 10 minutes. I’m your host, Elijah Schaffer, and I’m excited to share with you the latest news in America.

First on our list, Congress has betrayed America by renewing the controversial FISA warrantless spying program. This program allows the government to conduct surveillance on its citizens without a warrant, violating our constitutional rights. This is a major blow to our democracy and to our fundamental right to privacy.

The renewal of this program was made under the guise of national security, but it is clear that it is a violation of our civil liberties. It is unacceptable that our elected officials have chosen to prioritize spying on their own citizens over protecting our constitutional rights. This is a betrayal of the American people, and it is time for us to hold our representatives accountable.

But despite this setback, there is still hope. We must continue to fight for our rights and demand that our government upholds the principles of freedom and privacy that our country was founded on. We must not let fear and propaganda cloud our judgment and allow the erosion of our civil liberties.

Next on our list, Elijah Schaffer’s top story of the week is the ongoing protests in Hong Kong. The people of Hong Kong have been fighting for their freedom and democracy for over a year now, and their perseverance is truly inspiring. They have shown incredible courage and determination in the face of violence and oppression from the Chinese government.

The recent passing of the national security law in Hong Kong is a blatant violation of the “one country, two systems” principle and a direct attack on the city’s autonomy. The people of Hong Kong are not willing to let their rights and freedoms be taken away, and they continue to take to the streets to fight for their future.

It is important for the world to stand in solidarity with the people of Hong Kong, and for our government to take a strong stance against China’s oppressive actions. We cannot turn a blind eye to the struggles of our fellow human beings and must use our voices to support their fight for freedom.

Moving on, we have the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has been dominating headlines for months. While cases continue to rise across the country, there is some good news. Several vaccine candidates have shown promising results in clinical trials, bringing hope for an eventual end to this crisis.

But as we wait for a vaccine, it is important for all of us to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus. We must continue to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow guidelines from health experts. It is only by working together that we can overcome this pandemic and return to some sense of normalcy.

Next, we cannot forget the recent shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This tragic event has once again ignited conversations about police brutality and racial injustice in America. The shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man, by a white police officer has sparked protests and civil unrest in Kenosha and across the country.

It is crucial that we address systemic racism and work towards creating equal opportunities for all individuals in our society. We must listen to and amplify the voices of those who have been marginalized and oppressed. It is only through understanding and empathy that we can bring about real change and create a more just society.

Finally, I want to end on a positive note. Despite the challenges we face as a nation, there are many reasons to be optimistic. Americans have shown time and time again that we are a resilient and united people. We have overcome countless obstacles throughout our history, and we will overcome these current challenges as well.

We must continue to have hope and work towards a better future for ourselves and for the generations to come. Let us not be discouraged by the negative news and divisive rhetoric. Let us instead focus on coming together as a nation and standing up for our rights and values.

Thank you for tuning in to The Gateway Pundit’s Week-in-Review. Remember to stay informed and stay positive. We will get through these times together.
