The recent “Lobstergate” scandal has once again exposed the biased and manipulative tactics of the liberal media. This so-called “non-troversy” has been blown out of proportion by the usual Trump haters, who are always on the lookout for any opportunity to attack the President and his supporters.
For those who are not familiar with the term, “Lobstergate” refers to a recent incident where President Trump was seen enjoying a lobster dinner with the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at his Mar-a-Lago resort. The media and the Democrats were quick to jump on this seemingly innocent dinner, accusing the President of using his position for personal gain and violating ethics rules.
But let’s take a step back and look at the facts. First of all, the dinner was not a secret meeting between the two leaders, as the media would like us to believe. It was a public event, attended by many other guests and members of the press. In fact, the President even tweeted about it beforehand, making it clear that it was not a private affair.
Secondly, the accusations of ethics violations are baseless and hypocritical. Where were these same media outlets when former President Obama was constantly jetting off to exotic locations with his family and friends, at the expense of the taxpayers? Or when Hillary Clinton was using her position as Secretary of State to secure lucrative deals for her family’s foundation? The double standards are glaringly obvious.
But what is even more concerning is the way this “Lobstergate” scandal has been embraced by the liberal elites and their mouthpieces in the late-night talk shows. They have once again shown their complete disconnect from the reality of everyday Americans. While they sit in their ivory towers, sipping champagne and feasting on caviar, they have the audacity to criticize the President for enjoying a meal with a foreign leader.
This only serves to further alienate the liberal elites from the rest of the country. They are so consumed with their hatred for President Trump that they fail to see how their constant attacks and fake outrage only strengthen his support among the American people. The more they try to bring him down, the more he rises above their petty tactics.
In fact, “Lobstergate” has backfired on the liberal elites, making them look even more out of touch with the average American. While they continue to push their anti-Trump agenda, the President is busy fulfilling his promises and delivering results for the American people. The economy is booming, unemployment is at a record low, and our country is once again respected on the world stage.
So, let’s not waste any more time on this fake outrage. Instead, let’s focus on the real issues that matter to the American people. Let’s support our President as he works tirelessly to make America great again. And let’s not forget that the liberal elites will continue to grasp at straws and create fake scandals, but in the end, it is the American people who will have the final say.
