Today a new appointment with Tavola Spigolosa is back, the periodic appointment for discussion between food and wine communication professionals, guests of the Brera Center in via Formentini 10 in Milan, Gastronomika’s new home.
The table, which we have called angular precisely because of the themes it deals with, is an appointment for those involved and interested in publishing and communication in the food and wine sector and who feel the need to confront and debate with the leading professionals in the sector and communication. Some speakers are invited to share their point of view on the topic, with an open debate with those present. The event is behind closed doors and by invitation, but can also be enjoyed by the public through the main social networks, live through the Linkiesta and Anna Prandoni channels and live on YouTube. A way to compare the major influencers in the sector with the interested public. The evening is also told on social networks with a live and a streaming on Gastronomika. After the second edition of the Gastronomika Festival which has just ended, a new moment to talk about young people and the contribution they are making to the food and wine sector. This time the debate will focus on the universe of wine and how the new generations are approaching each other: what prospects, what changes there will be in the near future and what the main objectives will be.
